Reservations can be made easily through our online booking form, by phone, or via email. We recommend securing your preferred dates at least two weeks in advance—especially during holidays or weekend peak times. Please include your pet’s details, desired service type, and any special requirements. A deposit may be required to confirm your spot, which will be applied to your final invoice.
To ensure your pet’s comfort and safety, please bring current vaccination records, a leash or carrier, familiar bedding or toys, and up-to-date identification tags. Label all items clearly with your pet’s name. If your pet has dietary restrictions or medications, provide detailed instructions and the exact doses in original packaging. This helps us maintain consistency and meet your pet’s unique needs.
Our standard drop-off window runs from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, while pick-up is available between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Early or late arrangements may be possible with prior notice and may incur additional fees. Please contact our front desk at least 24 hours in advance to adjust your schedule and avoid any surprises during your pet’s stay.
Briley’s Fun Farm accommodates special dietary needs and medication routines without extra stress. Please supply all food in measured portions and list feeding times clearly. Medications must be in their original containers with prescription labels and dosage instructions. Our trained staff administers medications at scheduled times and monitors your pet for any reactions, updating you immediately if concerns arise.
We understand plans can change. To cancel or modify your reservation without penalty, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a fee of one night’s stay or 50 percent of the total booking, whichever is lower. No-shows will incur the full reservation charge.
